Muay Thai India
clients don't want to fight in a ring. They want to
"learn to fight without the fight." They want to get in the best
shape of their lives, using kickboxing techniques and conditioning
as the way to do it.
Footwork, kicks, punches and blocking
techniques are taught. The students' skills are perfected by
sparring with other students - in order to learn how to judge
distances, timing and contact. Fighting tactics are taught too.
Although students at Martial Art Academy of India do not have to
spar unless they choose to.
